Sipcam Oxon SpA, a leading agricultural technology provider, today announced the acquisition of all distribution assets of Phyteurop SA, a French company, through its newly formed subsidiary Sipcam France SA. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  Phyteurop, founded in 1973 and headquartered in Paris, France, is part of the InVivo cooperative group. Sipcam France intends to maintain a strong partnership with InVivo to ensure continued access to a wide range of solutions for French agriculture, including traditional and innovative agrochemicals, fertilizers, biorational products, and biostimulants. The acquisition excludes Phyteurop’s formulation plant in Montreuil-Bellay.
